About your teacher:
Nam Nidhan Kaur Khalsa is the founder of the International Mujer De Luz Foundation (Woman of Light) and a pioneer in combining social intervention with the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, to support government programmes for Women’s Development. She has been dedicated to teaching women around the world for over 18 years, and in 2014 was recognised by KRI as an outstanding teacher for her service and purity in delivering the teachings.
The Foundation began in South America and has since reached the USA, Spain, China, UK and soon Australia. It delivers programmes to inspire and empower all women, including social programmes for women experiencing abuse or depression, and for women prisoners.
This is a rare chance to experience the teaching of Nam Nidhan Kaur Khalsa first hand as she visits us from Chile.
