Jesse has been practising yoga for 14 years and draws her experience from many styles and disciplines including Sivananda, Iyengar and Ashtanga and also from her training in acrobatics. She studied in South India under Swami Suddhananda where her practise deepened to focus on Vedanta – simply; knowledge of the self.
