Kundalini Yoga,
as taught by Yogi Bhajan
is much more than a good workout. It is a Yoga in which you can conquer the mind, expand your consciousness and improve your health, flexibility and creativity. It is a perfect practice of self maintenance.
'Join us from every land,
from every tradition,
from every point of view.
Join us as we make peace;
peace with each other,
peace with the land,
and peace with ourselves.'

Hari Kirtan/ Jules Fowler
Jules started her yoga journey with a form of Japanese yoga in Byron Bay 11 years ago. After exploring many spiritual modalities around the world and Australia she stumbled across Kundalini house. By 2008 Jules had finished her teacher training and was teaching in the Victorian Alpine mountains.
"I love the cosmic and yet grounding edge to Kundalini yoga. My focus is the merging of individual consciousness with universal consciousness amongst every day life. Its a spiritual cake- with a cup of physical health, 3Tablespoons of mental and emotional health and enough relaxation and stress relieve to taste. Kundalini yoga is a door way to our full potential, equipped with powerful tools and techniques for a better quality of life."
