Billie is teaching me to feel and stay present with my body rather than trying to escape. It can be challenging but I felt very held and supported all the way through. The course moves very slowly and the practices build gradually\, giving time to create a deep sense of safety and trust in the experience. It has a very gentle and nurturing feel throughout\, even with the more challenging practices. Billie is very present and attuned to us all\, she observes us while holding space for us and still gives individual guidance while being in the group. It feels like she knows what we all need. I will definitely be doing this course again and highly recommend it to anyone who has experienced any form of trauma.” KT\n\n\nFacilitator:\nBillie Atherstone is a IAYT Yoga Therapist and has been teaching trauma informed courses for PTSD for the past ten years. DESCRIPTION:GONG PUJA\nGong Puja Sound Journey: Echoes of the Earth\nWith \nCathy Loughrey\, Saskia Cleary\, Virginia Alexandra\, Praveen Hewage and Geoff Charles \nSaturday 17 October 2026 \n1:30pm – 5:45pm \nBOOK HERE  \nGong Puja is a profound sacred ceremony which promotes deep rest\, healing and transformation. It brings us back to the remembrance of our original state – the oneness of creation. \nDuring this Gong Puja Sound Journey we will align ourselves with the cosmos with a four hour Puja celebration in which the gongs are played continuously for 3 ½ hours. The word Puja means to honour\, it is the act of showing reverence and recognising the seed of GOD which resides within. \nThe GONG is the sacred universal sound. With each strike a newness comes into being. In the cosmic resonance our nervous system and aura may become vibrant and strong\, and a deep state of relaxation\, calmness and inner stillness can be experienced. \nThe individual’s journey may differ as the immersion in the sound works on healing aspects in each of us. A meditative state\, or deep sleep or a dream state may occur reasonably quickly. For some the experience of a deeper state through submerging into the cosmic sounds of the gongs may occur slowly. Whatever is encountered is perfect so trust the process. \nVibrate the cosmos and the cosmos will open the door and show the way! Clear\, relax and hear the whisper of the infinite and allow transformation. \nEvent details for Gong Puja.\nWe are delighted to welcome you to Gong Puja\, a sacred ceremony with gongs taking place at Kundalini House. \nThis is an all afternoon event on Saturday 17 October 2026 from 1:30pm to 5:45pm. \nPlease be advised that attendance is only possible for the full event. \nYour hosts for this event will be Cathy Loughrey\, Saskia Cleary\, Virginia Alexandra\, Praveen Hewage and Geoff Charles\, with the event organiser Kundalini House. \nPlease arrive in plenty of time to complete your registration and set-up your mat. The door will be closed at 1:30pm.  Gong Puja will commence at 1:30pm and conclude at 5:45pm. \nWe are planning a special event with an afternoon of magic where you can rest\, relax and meditate immersed in the sound of the gongs. The combination of Earth Gongs will take you on a journey from the deep rumbles of Sound Creation to the heart and up to the ethers partnered with the crystalline frequency from the titanium gong.  It is a magical combination of the Sound Creation Earth Gong\, Earth and Platonic Year Gongs which we are excited to be able to bring together. \nOur Gong Puja will commence with the ceremonial conch as we call in the six directions before moving into 3 ½ hours of gong immersion where you can rest\, relax\, and meditate in the sound current. The last strike of the gong will be followed by a short period of silence. \nGong Puja is an individual experience\, and as with a Gong Sound Bath Immersion\, the experience of each person in the room maybe quite different. Trust your experience is perfect for you. \nInvestment\nFull $125 and conc/KH-members $100 \nBOOK HERE \nInformation for participants:\nYou will be asked to fill in a registration form for this event. stillness and radiant presence. \nThis training supports you to recognise the influence of thought\, belief\, karma and deeply held patterns\, while strengthening your capacity to remain centred\, compassionate and available to both the suffering and the potential within yourself and others. \nIt is particularly valuable for yoga teachers\, yoga therapists\, healthcare practitioners and people working in therapeutic\, educational\, community or service-based professions. \nIn this course\, you will:\n\nExplore the meaning and influence of the 36 tattwas\, three gunas and 10
