In the moments before sunset the mind can become restless. Anxiety can rise to the surface and it can be difficult to focus on tasks. In the environment the air and ether elements are at their peak, further encouraging this restlessness. So to create stillness, the ancient wisdom teachings suggest the practice of meditation during these hours.
CULTIVATING THE ART OF STILLNESS is an 8-week course that will focus on the meditative practices of Kundalini Yoga. The course held as the sun is setting, will take you on a journey of self enquiry through the practice of meditation using pranayama, mudra and mantra. A wonderful opportunity to cultivate the meditative mind.
