Day Intensive Our focus will be on cultivating inner strength, both physical and mental, through mindful practice and self-awareness.

We will draw inspiration from the idea of steadiness (Sthira) and ease (Sukham)—two key qualities described in the yoga sutras that support balance and resilience in life and practice.

This intensive encourages you to build physical strength through challenging postures while cultivating the mental fortitude to stay calm, focused, and centred.

By the end of the week, you should feel empowered, grounded, and steady—both in your body and in your mind.
