An 8 Week Program to Replenish your Energy & Health with Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness & 1:1 Support


This personalised program is designed to support you to nurture your own energy, using nourishing yogic practices that target both the nervous & immune systems. The program includes Yoga Therapy sessions with Billie to build a self care plan & to explore mindfulness strategies to address current challenges. There will also be herbal support to build vitality.


This trauma-informed program is suitable for those experiencing a reduced capacity to cope with stress, physical or mental exhaustion, heightened emotions, low energy, adrenal fatigue, digestive issues or pain, chronic illness and those in health recovery, including support with post-Covid conditions.


The classes will be gentle, beginning with developing your breath and the mechanics of the breath whilst connecting to body to begin to unlock tension and stress. Then the classes will slowly build up to incorporate nourishing movements and meditations to increase vitality and strength.



  • 8 weekly yoga classes (90 min)
  • An initial Yoga Therapy session with Billie to review your starting point, set your intentions and establish your personal program plan. (45mins)
  • 2 x one on one sessions with a Chinese Herbalist or Nutritionist (30 min). These will be determined in the Initial Yoga Therapy session and will be 2-3 weeks apart. You can extend this session to one hour to include acupuncture for an additional $30
  • 20% off TCM Herbs & 10% off Naturopath Herbs (for duration of program)
  • Weekly emails, guided videos and support to develop self practice.
  • Final Yoga Therapy session with Billie to reflect on your experience, to acknowledge your progress & to look at your health & wellbeing priorities going forward. (30-45mins)

This program can be experienced ONLINE or IN STUDIO. 

Investment: $430 / $414 for members or concession

Note: On booking online, you will charged a part payment, and then we will follow up with payment of the full amount ($120).

Payment Plans are available with full payment due by week 6.


About the Program Leader:

Billie Atherstone (Siri Bhagvati) has 20 years experience in holistic health and is a Kundalini Yoga Therapist C-IYTA, Kinesiologist and Bowen practitioner. She has trained extensively in Yoga Therapy and in trauma recovery.  Over the past 7 years she has been running programs focusing on the Recovery of Childhood Trauma & Resilience and is excited to be offering this course as another gateway to restore ones own rhythmic strength and stamina.

Past sessions of the course will not be refunded. • If you cancel your course with only 24 hours’ notice, you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the course (outstanding classes only), minus past sessions. • No-shows and same day cancellations of sessions are not refunded. (You are entitled to 2 make-up classes.) You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account; a further 5% charge will apply for administration. Kundalini House strictly does not refund in cash.
