Kundalini Yoga for working with the softer forms of power in a challenging world.

Drawing on kundalini yoga traditions, over three weeks we will explore the relationship between presence, wellbeing and ‘soft’ power in day to day living:

May 4: The power that comes from connecting to your most authentic self
May 11: The power of opening and strengthening the heart centre
May 18: The power of self-care

These classes, taught by Kathy Wilson, are suitable for people new to yoga as well as for experienced practitioners. Postures and breathwork can be adjusted to meet you where you are at. The series, however, is not suitable for women who are pregnant.

While the classes are designed as a mini-series, drop-ins are very welcome. Join in person or on-line, bring a friend.

Kathy has enduring interest in the impact of kundalini on the nervous and endocrine systems and on yoga and meditation as a way of growing in self-agency and grace, and in ageing well.
