Midwinter Kirtan Celebration with Sun Hyland
There a magic that happens when voices come together! The breath deepens, vibrations synchronise and we are transported into the moment, at one with the group.
Join musician and kirtanist Sun Hyland for an evening of call and response mantra singing to mark the middle of winter, and celebrate our journey back to the light!
Sun has hosted many events at Kundalini House over the years, now after the trying times of the last few years he is happily returning to take you on a journey into yogic bliss.

WHAT IS KIRTAN?
Kirtan is a practice of breath and vibration. As we sing together, we breathe more and more deeply and naturally as the practice progresses. The sound vibrations we create soothe the physiology and take our attention away from thoughts and into the moment. The vibrations of our individual voices begin to synchronise and we experience a connection with the group that is very real- you can not only hear it but feel it.
