MOVING REST is a gentle Somatic Movement Meditation practice that is deeply nourishing & restorative.
Explore soothing organic movement patterns with the support of Somatic Bodywork & be guided to discover the blissful experience of rest-in-motion. Pour your body into the support of earth, release tension, soothe the nervous system & restore ease & fluidity to your body-mind.

JAYE HAYES will guide you to listen deeply to your bones, organs & fluids as you explore your own uniquely embodied expression of this quietly revolutionary practice!

JAYE HAYES
Jaye is a yoga teacher, movement educator & somatics researcher specialising inrestorative therapeutic practice. Jaye’s deeply embodied teaching emanates from 25+ years of immersion in yoga, movement, meditation, somatics & contemplative arts. Jaye is a chronic illness warrior living with ME/CFS & has dedicated her life somatic practice/research & the pursuit of embodied knowledge. She is passionate about supporting others by sharing yogic, somatic & creative practices for cultivating a mindfully embodied life.

ACCESS TO MOVING REST
Service exchange: Jaye is offering a discounted place in each workshop in exchange for
your assistance in setting up the studio or loading/unloading props from the car.
Chronic illness concession: Limited concession places are also available for those
experiencing financial hardship due to chronic illness who aren’t able to take up the
service exchange offer.
