Qi Gong for Better Sleep with Rachel Hanrahan
Enjoy a deeply healing Qi Gong practice based on the 5 Elements Theory of Chinese Medicine. TCM interprets our internal systems, our emotions and our daily patterns as energy/qi. To be human is to be a part of nature and as such align to the seasons and our external environment. The Qi Gong sequence focuses on releasing the emotions and tensions accumulated during the day in preparation for sleep. The sequence is followed by a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to complement the Qi Gong and ease into restful sleep.
