This complete science is divided into 8 limbs, and the process of entering into these limbs are known as Satsang. Satsang is a way to transcend the habitual mental habits which collectively make up our life. A workshop in which we will delve into the 8 limbs of Yoga, and see what Yoga is traditionally, beyond just physical exercises.
