Teens Yoga Term 1 2020 – 5 Week Course
Teen Yoga (12 – 17 yrs)

The teen yoga course is designed during each school term for your unique physical and emotional wellbeing. Teens attending yoga typically gain confidence in coping with changes related to puberty (affecting sleep, weight, moods), anxiety, stress, and management of physical/emotional pain.
Classes are accessible to anyone no matter your experience of yoga.
Students may arrive from 3:45pm before class and can leave (with parental permission) or be picked up at 5:05pm.

Investment:
$90 per 5 week term (works out as $18 per class)
$60 per 5 week term for second sibling enrolled (works out as $12 per class)
Payable per term only, drop-in classes are possible for the first class.

• If you cancel your course with only 24 hours’ notice, you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the course (outstanding classes only), minus past sessions.
