Enter the space of healer as dreamer and her pathway of power and insight. Here we cultivate the innate wisdom and magic of the authentic self. Explore rites and rituals from the feminine voice of your medicine woman within. Be guided from the mythos of Inanna of meeting the dark shadow of one self through the deep waters of the unconscious, the power of feminine mystery and magic. Innana is a Goddess of Babylonian times whose own shamanic journey of release, renewal and re-empowerment is used to explain the seasons representing the descent into Winter.
This lovingly crafted workshop includes: opening and closing circles, Sacred Female Yoga, Shamanic drum journey and ritual herbal medicine crafting. For Autumn we create smudge sticks as the ritual herbal medicine crafting.

Rachel is certified in Hatha Yoga (2003), iRest Yoga Nidra (2017), Sacred Female Yoga (2015), Tigress Yoga (2012) and lead trainer of 200 hour Sacred Female Yoga teacher training course. Rachel specialises in the areas of feminine embodiment yoga, pre and postnatal, trauma informed yoga, restorative yoga and iRest yoga nidra. For 20 years she has been deeply committed on the path of Yoga and ancient Nondual wisdom. A mystic at heart she has been initiated into shamanic lineages and holds space for journeys into the depths of the soul experience.
Rebecca is a Naturopath and Kinesiologist, and has been practicing for over 5 years. She loves working to empower women to step into a more natural, pain-free, and embodied menstrual experience, and has seen how this positive change can also manifest a deeper connection with your intuition and authenticity, allowing you to feel more grounded and in alignment with your purpose and true self. Rebecca is mentored by the School of Shamanic Womancraft.
