In this group, we explore and reflect on how ‘matrescence’, the transition to motherhood impacts us as women. The group is a facilitated discussion group, a safe and nurturing container. Topics include family rituals/creating community, sex and intimacy post birth, communication and consent skills, parenting in today’s era
