During this 5 day Intensive, we will cover some of the key practices of yoga with an introduction to the science and philosophy of the 8-limbs of yoga described in the Yoga Sutras of Pathanjali and his 8-limbs of yoga with an emphasis on movement, breathwork & meditation.
This will be a progressive intensive; we will build the practice and refine it as we go and it will be best to do all five days.

10 – minutes, warm-up
25 – minutes, movement and breath
10 – minutes, meditation
5– minute, rest & closure
