SUMMARY:Tibetan Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

This training laid the foundation for a practice that combines meditation\, sound\, and mindfulness to support deep rest and inner awareness. \nSince mid-2025\, Adrian has been facilitating Sound Bath workshops at Kundalini House\, continually refining his approach to guiding participants into stillness\, deepening the meditative experience\, and expanding the range of sacred instruments used throughout each session. \nMeagan Wilson is a meditation teacher\, sound healing practitioner and group facilitator with over 25 years of experience in mental health field. Her work is informed by long-term study in psychology\, anthropology\, Buddhism and one to one mentorship with teachers from a range of contemplative and spiritual traditions. She facilitates workshops and immersive experiences that weaves together meditation\, sound\, ritual and contemplative practice to support reflection\, connection and wellbeing. \nIf you are seeking stillness\, looking to reconnect with your body\, or wishing to deepen your meditation practice\, we warmly invite you to join us for this powerful and restorative Meditative Sound Bath. \nThe session begins with gentle body awareness and guided meditation\, allowing you to settle into the present moment and prepare for a deep state of relaxation and surrender. As the meditation unfolds\, you will be immersed in the vibrations of sound. \nTogether\, we will be using a range of traditional instruments\, including Tibetan singing bowls\, gong\, vajra\, and bell. These sacred instruments have long been used as supports for meditation\, helping to quiet the mind\, cultivate awareness\, and create space for reflection and insight. \nThrough guided meditation\, mantra\, and the resonance of sound\, we invite you to reconnect with your inner nature\, cultivate compassion for yourself and others\, and realign with a more mindful and virtuous way of being. \nMeagan and I look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you. \nOm Mani Padme Hum! \nAbout the Facilitators\nAdrian del Rosario\nAdrian completed his Sound Healing training through the Tibetan Vajrayana lineage with Lama Tendar in 2025.
