You’re welcome to join either class on its own or enjoy the full two-hour experience. \nClass 1: Kundalini Yoga — 6:30–7:30pm \nWe begin with a heart-expanding Kundalini kriya that uses breath\, mantra\, and rhythmic movement to soften emotional armour and awaken the frequency of compassion. This practice supports a grounded sense of self-reverence and opens the energetic pathways of the heart. \n15-minute break\nClass 2: Yin Yoga — 7:45–8:45pm \nWe then settle into Yin shapes that nourish the Heart and Pericardium meridians—pathways in Eastern medicine that regulate joy\, emotional expression\, and the capacity for connection with self and others. These long\, supported holds offer space for tenderness\, inner listening\, and a gentle unwinding at the centre of the chest. \nWhether you choose one class or both\, this evening invites you to soften\, reconnect\, and let the heart lead. \nIf you’d like to join both classes\, a special bundled rate is available — $42 in-studio or $28 online.
