This training laid the foundation for a practice that combines meditation\, sound\, and mindfulness to support deep rest and inner awareness. \nSince mid-2025\, Adrian has been facilitating Sound Bath workshops at Kundalini House\, continually refining his approach to guiding participants into stillness\, deepening the meditative experience\, and expanding the range of sacred instruments used throughout each session. \nMeagan Wilson is a meditation teacher\, sound healing practitioner and group facilitator with over 25 years of experience in mental health field.
