SUMMARY:Gong Puja Sound Journey: Echoes of the Infinite
DESCRIPTION:GONG PUJA \nEchoes of the Infinite: Gong Puja Sound Journey \nWith \nCathy Loughrey\, Saskia Cleary\, Virginia Alexandra\, Praveen Hewage and Geoff Charles \nSaturday 18 April 2026 \n1:30pm – 5:45pm \n  \nBOOK NOW \n  \nGong Puja is a profound sacred ceremony which promotes deep rest\, healing and transformation. It brings us back to the remembrance of our original state – the oneness of creation. \nDuring this Gong Puja Sound Journey we will align ourselves with the cosmos with a four hour Puja celebration in which the gongs are played continuously for 3 ½ hours. The word Puja means to honour\, it is the act of showing reverence and recognising the seed of GOD which resides within. \nThe GONG is the sacred universal sound. With each strike a newness comes into being. In the cosmic resonance our nervous system and aura may become vibrant and strong\, and a deep state of relaxation\, calmness and inner stillness can be experienced. \nThe individual’s journey may differ as the immersion in the sound works on healing aspects in each of us. A meditative state\, or deep sleep or a dream state may occur reasonably quickly. For some the experience of a deeper state through submerging into the cosmic sounds of the gongs may occur slowly. Whatever is encountered is perfect so trust the process. \nVibrate the cosmos and the cosmos will open the door and show the way! Clear\, relax and hear the whisper of the infinite and allow transformation. \nEvent details for Gong Puja. \nWe are delighted to welcome you to Gong Puja\, a sacred ceremony with gongs taking place at Kundalini House. \nThis is an all afternoon event on Saturday 18 April 2026 from 1:30pm to 5:45pm. \nPlease be advised that attendance is only possible for the full event. \nYour hosts for this event will be Cathy Loughrey\, Saskia Cleary\, Virginia Alexandra\, Praveen Hewage and Geoff Charles\, with the event organiser Kundalini House. \nPlease arrive in plenty of time to complete your registration and set-up your mat. The door will be closed at 1:30pm.  Gong Puja will commence at 1:30pm and conclude at 5:45pm. \nWe have a special event planned for you combining planet gongs Sedna\, Pluto\, Neptune with a titanium gong artistically created with the image of a dolphin. Our Gong Puja will commence with the ceremonial conch as we call in the six directions before moving into 3 ½ hours of gong immersion where you can rest\, relax\, and meditate in the sound current. The last strike of the gong will be followed by a short period of silence.  We hope to bring you an afternoon of magic. \nGong Puja is an individual experience\, and as with a Gong Sound Bath Immersion\, the experience of each person in the room maybe quite different. Trust your experience is perfect for you. \nInvestment \nFull $125 and conc/KH-members $100 \nInformation for participants: \nYou will be asked to fill in a registration form for this event. Extra pillows may help with your comfort.\nEye cover\nYou can bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noises in the room\, specifically snoring as this is likely to occur. Take care if you are driving. Drink plenty of water. \nThe vibration from the gongs will probably remain with you for a period after Gong Puja. SUMMARY:Group Reiki Sound Meditation with Melissa Weaver and Katia Krassas
DESCRIPTION:Group Reiki Sound Meditation with Melissa Weaver and Katia Krassas\nFacilitators: Melissa Weaver and Katia Krassas\nDates: Sun\, February 1st Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm Location: Kundalini House Studio \nJoin Melissa and Katia for a moment of breath + meditation + healing life force energy + sound + silence + rest. \n\n“Reiki is love. Love is wholeness. Wholeness is balance. Balance is well-being. Well-being is freedom from disease.”— Dr Mikao Usui\, Reiki founder \n\n\nAbout the Experience\nBe cradled in this Reiki-enhanced sound meditation that encourages a partly conscious\, partly subconscious brainwave state of reflection. In this state\, inner communication between mind and body is unstressed by judgement or expectation\, allowing innate healing to be restored. \nWhen we are stressed\, challenged\, or moving through change\, we can lose connection to our inner wisdom\, self-compassion\, and presence as we move towards resolution. Mindful practices such as Reiki help us to maintain and indeed embody our intention. In this session\, we will flow through the mindfulness of breath\, a brief intuitive meditation focused on heart space for self-acceptance\, and into sound and the deep restorative rest of Reiki. \nThe group setting allows for the usual personal Reiki healing to occur within an enhanced and expanded energy field of a sacred group healing frequency. \nThis Session May Support You To\n\n\nexperience Reiki if you’re new to it \n\n\nreconnect with or deepen an existing practice \n\n\ngive yourself permission to rest and recover instead of doing more \n\n\ncontribute to our collective and community healing \n\n\nArrival & Timing\nThe start time is 2:00 pm; however\, we ask that you arrive at 1:45 pm to settle into the space\, as doors will be closed from 2:00 pm. \nTea will be provided. \nWhat to Bring\nPlease bring your own meditation comforts such as a mat\, blankets\, pillow\, eye pillow\, or a favourite object such as a crystal. Yoga equipment is also available at Kundalini House should you require it. We will be moving between seated and lying positions. \nAbout Melissa and Katia\nKatia is a Holistic Counsellor\, Reiki Healer and Teacher with nearly 20 years’ experience\, weaving personal growth\, spirituality\, nature connection and community to support people through life’s transitions. Grounded in Deep Ecology and inspired by her own healing journey\, her work gently guides others to reconnect with their true nature\, inner wisdom\, and place within the living world. \nMelissa Weaver is a holistic Kinesiology and Reiki practitioner blending Western anatomy with Eastern energetic wisdom to support mind-body balance\, deep relaxation\, and innate healing. Passionate about compassionate self-care and community wellbeing\, she guides clients of all ages through physical\, emotional\, and spiritual challenges\, helping them reconnect with their intuition\, heart-space\, and natural rhythm. \nWhat You May Experience & Safety Considerations\nReiki can be performed with hands off or on the body\, depending on personal preference. Coloured Post-it notes will denote consent for touch or no touch. \nNo sound instruments will be placed on the body during the session. However\, it may be helpful to advise us beforehand if you are pregnant\, have a pacemaker or other metal implants\, are managing serious medical conditions\, have epilepsy\, or have a current physical injury. \nPlease note: when we move energy\, we also move blood flow\, lymphatic fluid\, and emotions. As a result\, some physiological responses may occur during Reiki. Common responses include tears\, tummy rumbles\, temperature changes\, and sometimes light sensations in the body such as a buzzing awareness or a sense of flow or movement in particular areas. \nThese responses generally relate to a release of tension from the nervous system—which is good news. We encourage you to remain curious and allowing of these experiences and to raise your arm if you feel you require support through these shifts in flow. \n\nInvestment\nThe cost for this two-practitioner session is $65\, or $60 for KH Members/Concession. \nBook Here \n
