With the Wolf moon in Cancer\, we will be focusing the class on strength\, survival and renewal in honour of continuing the momentum fresh start of the new year. \nThere will be tantric instruments to balance the masculine and feminine energies within. The alchemical process to create these handmade singing bowls is that they are constructed of 7 different metals\, each corresponding to the planets and Zodiac. \n\nGold – Sun – Leo\nSilver – Moon – Cancer\nMercury – Mercury – Virgo/Gemini\nIron – Mars – Scorpio/Aries\nLead – Saturn – Capricorn/Aquarius\nTin – Jupiter – Sagittarius/Pisces\nCopper – Venus – Taurus/Libra\n\nPrayers and chants will also be incorporated to bring in compassion\, wisdom\, remedies of medicine to deal with suffering and purification. These mantras are from the Tibetan lineage through the highest yoga tantras\, an all-encompassing practise to work with the more subtle energies.
