A deeply transformative sound current that rewires the brain\, supports emotional balance\, and awakens intuitive awareness.\nWeek 4 ~ From Monday 21st: Gobinday Mukanday – The liberator and sustainer. This mantra works to clear deep-seated subconscious blocks\, dissolve negativity\, and elevate the spirit into lightness and freedom.\nWeek 5 ~ From Monday 28th: Pavan Pavan – The breath of life. A sacred chant to merge with the infinite through the vehicle of breath. It uplifts\, purifies\, and aligns us with the vital life force of the cosmos.\nWeek 6 ~ From Monday 4th August: Long Ek Ong Kar – This sound current unites finite and infinite\, opening the higher chakras and carrying us into deep stillness and expansive awareness.\n\nFinal Event (Sat 9 Aug\, 4–7pm):  A 2.5-hour meditative immersion in the primal sound of Oneness. This sacred mantra is said to awaken the soul\, expand our awareness\, and bring us into alignment with our highest self. \nEk Ong Kaar Sat Naam Siri Whaa-hay GurooThere is one Creator who has created this creation. Truth is His name. Great beyond description is His infinite wisdom. \nAs described by 3HO: \n\n“This mantra initiates the kundalini\, initiating the journey of the soul and its union with the Infinite. It is the first step toward higher consciousness.” \n\nTogether\, we will chant this powerful sound current in rhythm and unity. When practiced for an extended time\, it has the ability to dissolve the sense of separation and bring us into deep connection—with Self\, with community\, and with the vastness of existence. \n\nWhat to Expect\nWe’ll begin with a short warm-up and introduction before settling in for the 2.5-hour mantra meditation. \nIt’s a long sit\, so please take care of your body. You are welcome to use props\, cushions\, blankets\, or even sit on a chair. If needed\, you may lie down or move quietly during the practice—just be mindful of others and maintain silence throughout. \nThere will be experienced teachers in the space to support you. \nThis may be a profoundly peaceful experience—or it may bring up discomfort\, restlessness\, or emotion.
