He has since been facilitating Sound Bath workshops at Kundalini House\, creating deeply restorative experiences that combine meditation\, sacred sound\, and mindfulness practices. \nMeagan Wilson\nMeagan Wilson is a meditation teacher\, sound healing practitioner\, and group facilitator with more than 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. \nHer work is informed by long-term study in psychology\, anthropology\, Buddhism\, and one-to-one mentorship with teachers from a range of contemplative and spiritual traditions.
