Through breath\, mantra\, and rhythmic movement\, this kriya helps clear stagnation and reconnect you with your natural creative life force. \n15-minute break\nClass 2: Yin Yoga — 7:45–8:45pm \nWe then shift into nourishing Yin shapes that support the Liver meridians and the Wood element—linked in Eastern medicine with planning\, visioning\, and new beginnings.
