Billie and Pip will guide a welcoming practice to help us ground\, connect and set a shared intention for the weekend. \n\nGrounded in the Heart\nWith Joanna Nation \nKundalini Yoga has taught Joanna how to cultivate inner stability and rest within the grounded presence of the heart. \nIn this session\, Joanna will share a kriya that balances prana and apana at the third chakra\, supporting vitality\, steadiness and centred awareness.
