Together we will experience vagel toning exercises to help upregulate the Vagus nerve and stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). We will relax into a comprehensive yin yoga session\, targeting the Fascia/Connective Tissue and assisting the body to ‘discharge’ tension\, restriction\, and physical and emotional stagnation. We will integrate this rich body of restorative practices with a deep relaxation and gong therapy.
