Via deep listening we can gently restore our intuitive discernment and support ourselves to be able to exist and feel ourselves and the world around us. \nDrawing on the numerology of this year we will discuss this topic as well as practically ground it through the practice of kundalini yoga. Those who were present for the workshop earlier in the year in the numerology of 2026 are encouraged to bring their insight and questions from that session also. \n\nAbout the Teacher\nJaap Ardas Singh is a Kundalini Yoga teacher\, Karam Kriya numerology consultant\, organic food gardener and poet.
