As the energy of spring blossoms, it’s the perfect time to reset, renew, and reconnect with yourself through movement and mindfulness.

This 4-week challenge invites you to commit to your well-being — choosing to attend 2–3 or 4+ classes per week, in your favourite styles: Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Qigong, Pilates, or Strength.

This year, we’ll journey through the chakras, exploring how each energy centre supports balance, growth, and vitality.

Week 1: Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Grounding, safety & stability

This first week of the Spring Renewal Challenge invites you to return to your roots — to reconnect with your foundation of stability, safety, and strength. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll ground deeply into the earth beneath us, cultivating a sense of trust and inner steadiness. Each class this week explores the Root Chakra in its own way — from Kundalini Yoga’s Breath of Fire to awaken vitality, to Hatha Flow’s grounding Malasana (Squat), Yin’s earthy focus on the legs, feet, and psoas, Qigong’s nourishing Earth practices, and Pilates & Strength classes centring on foundation, alignment, and the pelvic floor. It’s the perfect time to plant your intention and feel supported from the ground up.

 

Week 2: Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Flow, creativity & emotional balance

Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Strength, vitality & confidence

Week 4: Heart & Throat Chakras (Anahata & Vishuddha) – Connection, compassion & authentic expression

Each style of class will explore these themes through its own techniques — from breathwork and posture to flow and meditation — creating a shared journey that nurtures both your body and energy system.

With in-studio and online options, this challenge is for everyone.

This is about showing up for yourself — committing time on the mat, cultivating rhythm and steadiness, and remembering how good it feels to move and breathe with intention.

Tracking Your Progress

We have a colourful chart on the wall at reception where you can mark off each class you attend. And don’t worry, for those of you online, we’ll do it for you!  Each class you attend will be marked, creating a visual reminder of your dedication and progress throughout the month.
