Studio & online classes at Kundalini House, Melbourne.

Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Qi Gong, Meditation, Pilates & strength.

Relax, unwind, and reconnect.

Kundalini House offers Yoga, Pilates, strength, and movement classes designed to support your body, your health, and your overall wellbeing.

For over 20 years, we have provided a consistent and supportive space within the North Fitzroy community — where people can build strength, improve mobility, and feel more settled in their body.

Our classes range from more active, strength-based practices through to slower, restorative and meditative work. Whether you are here to train, recover, or take time to reset, there are options to support you.

A Grounded and Supportive Environment

All classes at Kundalini House are held within a space that is structured, steady, and well-supported.

While not all classes are therapy-based, they are guided by an understanding of the body and nervous system. This shapes how classes are paced, how options are offered, and how the space is held.

The aim is to ensure that you can participate in a way that feels manageable, without pressure to push beyond your capacity.

Our Approach

We work from the understanding that there is no single pathway to health.

Some people come with a clear clinical focus — managing pain, injury, or physical health.
Others are interested in a broader mind–body or integrative approach.

Our role is not to direct you toward one model, but to support you within your own.

Across all classes, there is a consistent emphasis on:

  • building strength and capacity over time
  • helping the nervous system remain more settled and steady
  • offering choice within each practice
  • creating a non-reactive, steady environment

This allows people to engage with movement in a way that is both practical and sustainable.
