A 3-day slow-flow-to-yin immersion designed to help you unwind the year with purpose and presence.

Across these three sessions, you’ll be guided through mindful movement, deep stretching, and restorative stillness to soften the body, quiet the mind, and gently unravel the layers you’ve been carrying.

This is an invitation to release what no longer serves you, reset your nervous system, and fill your cup before you cross the threshold into 2026.

Expect a nurturing blend of slow flow, yin poses, breath practices, and grounding reflection — all held in a trauma-aware space that supports ease, safety, and deep exhale.

A gentle sanctuary to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the steadiness at your centre. Come home to yourself and step into the new year aligned, spacious, and resourced.

About the Teacher

Alina discovered yoga in school in India but truly connected with the practice during Victoria’s COVID lockdowns. Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, and Mums & Bubs Yoga, and currently completing Hatha training, they create a safe, non-judgmental space for students to explore movement, meditation, and self-discovery. Teaching since 2024, Alina guides students to connect deeply with themselves and others through yoga, philosophy, and chanting.
