Event Description

Awaken & Align is a two-week, four-part anatomical journey designed to bring strength, mobility, and ease to the body through paired Vinyasa and Yin sessions. Each evening focuses on a different key region — spine, legs, shoulders, and hips — offering a full-body reset to support functional movement and embodied awareness.

Every session begins with an energising Vinyasa flow to activate and organise the body toward a peak pose, followed by a spacious Yin practice to soften fascia, release holding patterns, and integrate the effects of the flow. Together, these back-to-back classes create a balanced pathway toward alignment, steadiness, and deeper connection with your physical and subtle body.

This series is suitable for all levels and is offered in a trauma-aware space that supports curiosity, safety, and self-paced exploration. You’re welcome to join the full series or attend individual sessions — and you can choose to book one class or stay for both.
