Event Description
Being empathetic can often come with many blocks as we navigate our way towards being able to feel another’s feelings without drowning in them or becoming numb. Via deep listening we can gently restore our intuitive discernment and support ourselves to be able to exist and feel ourselves and the world around us.
Drawing on the numerology of this year we will discuss this topic as well as practically ground it through the practice of kundalini yoga. Those who were present for the workshop earlier in the year in the numerology of 2026 are encouraged to bring their insight and questions from that session also.
About the Teacher
Jaap Ardas Singh is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Karam Kriya numerology consultant, organic food gardener and poet. He completed his level 1 Kundalini yoga teacher training in 2018 with the Karam Kriya international school and continues to further his learning with level 2 courses and karam kriya numerology consultancy.
He is interested in the commonality amongst and within all practices of the people of earth and therefore the universal voice asking for healing as well as the universal path towards it.
Jaap Ardas currently resides in the Yarra Valley region of Victoria Australia where he appreciates to good food, spend time by the Birrarung river and get togethers with the community to chant, share poetry and be with each other.

A cancellation of purchased workshops at any point, incurs a 30% administration fee of the workshop cost that is non-refundable. If you cancel your workshop with only 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee you paid. No-shows and same day cancellations of workshops are not refunded.
You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account, a further 5% charge will apply for administration. Kundalini House strictly does not refund in cash.
