Join musician and kirtanist Sun Hyland for a special kirtan evening featuring mantras from the Kundalini tradition, including Snatam Kaur favourites and also Sun’s originals.
The unique crystal clear energy of these simple and powerful mantras act as a gateway to a deep journey into yogic bliss, it’s always such a beautiful meditative journey!
The evening will also feature a special Kundalini Yoga musical meditation (kriya) led by the wonderful Prem Kavalya, and Sun will be accompanied by the lovely Bonny Howarth on voice and harmonium.
The kirtan will commence at 7.00pm, doors are open from 6.30pm. Investment is $40 or $30 for Kundalini House members or concession holders.
Sun’s home-brewed chai is included in the price, so come early to enjoy and catch up with the community. Blankets are available to sit on but please bring a cushion if you desire.

WHAT IS KIRTAN?
Kirtan is a practice of breath and vibration. As we sing together, we breathe more and more deeply and naturally as the practice progresses. The sound vibrations we create soothe the physiology and take our attention away from thoughts and into the moment. The vibrations of our individual voices begin to synchronise and we experience a connection with the group that is very real- you can not only hear it but feel it.

A cancellation of purchased workshops at any point, incurs a 30% administration fee of the workshop cost that is non-refundable. If you cancel your workshop with only 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee you paid. No-shows and same day cancellations of workshops are not refunded.
You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account, a further 5% charge will apply for administration. Kundalini House strictly does not refund in cash.
