Building Self-Love: Kundalini and Yin Yoga Journey: unfolds over two separate 60-minute classes, each designed to gently cultivate self-love, compassion, and emotional ease. You’re welcome to join either class on its own or enjoy the full two-hour experience.
Class 1: Kundalini Yoga — 6:30–7:30pm
We begin with a heart-expanding Kundalini kriya that uses breath, mantra, and rhythmic movement to soften emotional armour and awaken the frequency of compassion. This practice supports a grounded sense of self-reverence and opens the energetic pathways of the heart.
15-minute break
Class 2: Yin Yoga — 7:45–8:45pm
We then settle into Yin shapes that nourish the Heart and Pericardium meridians—pathways in Eastern medicine that regulate joy, emotional expression, and the capacity for connection with self and others. These long, supported holds offer space for tenderness, inner listening, and a gentle unwinding at the centre of the chest.
Whether you choose one class or both, this evening invites you to soften, reconnect, and let the heart lead.
If you’d like to join both classes, a special bundled rate is available — $42 in-studio or $28 online. Simply go to the ‘Series’ option in the booking system to access this combined rate.

Cancellation Policy for Courses
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to support both our students and our teachers.
More than 72 hours before the course starts
You can receive a full refund or opt for a full credit to use toward any other Kundalini House service, class pass, or product.
Within 72 to 24 hours before the course starts
You may be eligible for a 50% refund or credit. The remaining 50% is retained in recognition of teacher preparation, administration, and marketing costs.
Less than 24 hours before the course starts / No Show
Unfortunately, no refund is available unless there are exceptional circumstances. This is because your place has been held and resources allocated. Please contact us if something unexpected arises—we’re here to help where we can.
Deposits
Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before the course begins.
Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Fee
If you choose to have your refund paid to your nominated bank account rather than as a credit, a processing fee will apply:
5% of the total refund amount + $5 transaction fee.
