Event Description

During this intensive we will align our chakras and bring ourselves into cosmic alignment as we balance our mind, body, emotions through connecting with our intuition.

We are the inspired expression of the universe, yet, often we get stuck in self doubt, sabotaging karmic patterns and feelings of disconnection from the truth of who we are. This can be due to a lack of stimulation of the Pituitary and Pineal glands which are the regions of the brain the mystics and masters considered the third eye.

During these 4 days, we will strengthen the nervous system and enhance our home of intuition through activating the third eye. We will vibrate the cosmos and recognise the SAT NAM within and the truth of existence of all life.

About the Teacher

Virginia Alexandra has been teaching Kundalini yoga since 2009. She presently teaches classes at Kundalini House. She also runs workshops, Gong baths, Sat Nam Rasayan healings and is a Spiritual mentor.
