Event Description
Join Jap Singh and Manshant Kaur for a luminous evening of Kundalini Yoga, mantra, and movement — a journey from stillness into rhythm, and from rhythm back into stillness.
Move to Stillness: A Kundalini Dance of Sound & Spirit invites you to explore the union of sound, breath, and embodied movement as pathways to joy and inner harmony. Guided by the resonance of live mantra and devotional music, this experience bridges the sacred technologies of Kundalini Yoga, Naad (sound) and Asanadance — a celebration of the body as an instrument of spirit.
Through gentle postures, rhythmic flow, and meditative awareness, we awaken vitality, free expression, and deep connection.
No dance experience is required — only curiosity and a willingness to move, breathe, and be moved.
Flow of the Evening

About the Facilitators
Jap Singh
A (KRI) Certified Lead Trainer, Posture Specialist, and Hatha Yoga instructor, Jap Singh brings over 30 years of experience as a teacher trainer and devotional musician. He has shared his teachings and music with Mexican Olympic athletes, children, and adults, and has performed at yoga festivals across Mexico, the USA, and France.
Trained in contemporary, classical, and Mexican folk dance, Jap performed professionally until his 30s, when the birth of his sons shifted his focus toward teaching and music.
A musician of sacred chant, he has produced five albums of Kundalini mantras. His classes weave together dance, live music, and chanting — inviting harmony, upliftment, and joyful embodiment.
