Strong Foundations: Breath, Alignment & Body Awareness is a 3-day Pilates Intensive designed to bring clarity, confidence, and ease into your practice. If you’ve ever wondered, “Am I doing this right?”, this series gently guides you through the core principles that make Pilates both safe and deeply effective.
Across three focused sessions, we’ll slow things down and reconnect with the fundamentals:
- Breath – Learn to use your breath to support movement, create stability, and ease tension.
- Neutral Spine – Understand what neutral truly feels like in your own body and how to maintain it through different exercises.
- Core Connection – Activate your deep abdominals in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and integrated.
- Shoulder & Rib Placement – Explore how to stabilise the upper body, reduce gripping, and move more freely.
- Whole-Body Alignment – Bring all the pieces together so your movement feels smoother, lighter, safer, and more intentional.
This intensive is perfect for all levels—whether you’re just beginning or wanting to refine your technique. You’ll leave each session feeling clearer in your body, more connected to your core, and empowered with tools that make your Pilates practice more effective and enjoyable. By the end of the week, movement will feel more intuitive, aligned, and truly your own.
