Join Adrian Del Rosario for a deeply restorative 60-minute Sound Bath and Meditation—an immersive journey into stillness, sound and self-care.
Rooted in the Tibetan healing tradition, this sound bath is unlike any other. Adrian brings a unique approach, weaving the power of tantric instruments, sacred chants, and alchemical metal singing bowls to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and meditation.
About the Teacher
Hello and welcome!
My name is Adrian, and it’s a pleasure being part of the Kundalini house community. My intention for being here is to provide a sacred safe space for you to express your vulnerability, process those unintegrated emotions, and find stillness within yourself through the techniques of mantra, prayer, and meditation.
My teacher, Liam has helped navigate and inspire me with what the transformational results can be through sound healing when practised for the highest good. With over 30 years of experience with shamanic work and tantra, his guidance has created a solid foundation for me to start my own journey to help bring light into this world. With his kind nature, I’ve learnt what it means to have integrity, wisdom, love, and softness in a sensitive environment.
I have also completed my Sound Healing qualifications through the Tibetan lineage of Vajrayana (Esoteric Buddhism) under the guidance of Lama Tendar.
So come and join me and submerge all your senses into a deep Tibetan Sound Journey. Give yourself the opportunity to take a pause and rediscover the divinity within you that we all share. I look forward to working with you.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in. Street parking is available on Clauscen Street and St Georges Road.

A cancellation of purchased workshops at any point, incurs a 30% administration fee of the workshop cost that is non-refundable. If you cancel your workshop with only 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee you paid. No-shows and same day cancellations of workshops are not refunded.
You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account, a further 5% charge will apply for administration. Kundalini House strictly does not refund in cash.
