Join Adrian Del Rosario for a deeply restorative 60-minute Sound Bath and Meditation — an immersive journey into stillness, sound, and self-care.
Using Tibetan singing bowls, sacred chants, and therapeutic sound instruments, this session is designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, meditation, and emotional grounding.
Rooted in the Tibetan healing tradition, Adrian weaves tantric instruments, alchemical metal singing bowls, mantra, and meditative sound practices to guide participants into a state of rest, presence, and inner stillness.
No prior meditation or sound healing experience is required.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience using therapeutic sound, vibration, and resonance to support relaxation and nervous system restoration.
Participants rest comfortably while being immersed in the sounds of Tibetan bowls and other instruments designed to calm the mind and settle the body.

About the Teacher
Adrian Del Rosario is a meditation and sound healing practitioner offering deeply restorative experiences through Tibetan singing bowls, mantra, and meditative sound practices.
His work draws from the Tibetan Vajrayana lineage and has been influenced by training in sound healing, meditation, tantra, and shamanic traditions. Adrian’s sessions are designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, grounding, and inner stillness within a safe and supportive environment.
What To Bring
Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down, such as:
- yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow
- eye pillow
- water bottle
Studio blankets are also available.
Arrival Information
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in.
Street parking is available on Clauscen Street and St Georges Road.

A cancellation of purchased workshops at any point, incurs a 30% administration fee of the workshop cost that is non-refundable. If you cancel your workshop with only 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee you paid. No-shows and same day cancellations of workshops are not refunded.
You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account, a further 5% charge will apply for administration. Kundalini House strictly does not refund in cash.
