Your nervous system is constantly working behind the scenes, responding to the world around you. Sometimes it helps you feel calm, safe, and connected. Other times, it activates you to move, protect, or shut down in response to stress. These shifts happen automatically, often before you’re even aware of them.

Polyvagal Theory helps us understand these different states—why we sometimes feel open and engaged, why stress can make us restless or anxious, and why we sometimes shut down or disconnect. More importantly, it gives us tools to work with our nervous system instead of feeling stuck in its patterns.

This course will guide you through the Polyvagal Theory in a gentle, experiential way, helping you understand how your nervous system responds to stress and safety.

Drawing from over 10 years of experience working with trauma, Billie will introduce you to practices rooted in Kundalini Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and vagal toning.

Each week, we’ll explore a different branch of the vagus nerve and its blended states, using movement, breath, and meditation to restore balance and cultivate a deeper sense of safety and connection within.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you understand the policy. • Please note: The $25 deposit is not refundable prior to 7 days before the program begins. In the event of you cancelling your registration, the money can be used for yoga classes/workshops or if you would like a refund into your account then there will be an admin fee of $20. • A cancellation of the full course, at any point, incurs a definite 30% administration fee of the entire course cost that is non-refundable. • Cancellations that occur more than 48 hours before the beginning of the upcoming session, will only incur the administration fee of 30% per remaining scheduled class(es). Past sessions of the course will not be refunded. • If you cancel your course with only 24 hours’ notice, you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the course (outstanding classes only), minus past sessions. • No-shows and same day cancellations of sessions are not refunded.   You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account; a further 5% charge will apply for administration. Kundalini House strictly does not refund in cash.
