Naturopathy & Clinical Nutrition in North Fitzroy, Melbourne

Naturopathy at Kundalini House

We are currently seeking an experienced Naturopath to join the Kundalini House team and continue supporting our community with personalised, holistic healthcare.

In the meantime, if you have questions about Naturopathy, nutritional support, herbal medicine, or natural health approaches, our receptionist, Ruby Johnston, may be able to assist. Ruby is currently in her fourth year of Naturopathic studies and has a strong interest in holistic health and wellbeing. While she is not yet a qualified Naturopath and can only provide information within her scope of practice, she is always happy to answer general questions and help connect you with the most appropriate practitioner or service within the clinic.

We also offer Clinical Nutrition, Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, Counselling and Psychotherapy, Kinesiology, and Yoga Therapy, providing a range of options to support your health and wellbeing.

At Kundalini House in North Fitzroy, we offer naturopathy and clinical nutrition to support long-term health, balance, and wellbeing.

Naturopathy takes a holistic approach, working to understand the underlying causes of health concerns rather than simply addressing symptoms. By combining traditional knowledge with evidence-based practice, our practitioners support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate.

Clinical nutrition may be integrated into your care, using targeted dietary strategies and, where appropriate, functional testing to support more personalised and effective outcomes.

Naturopathy may support digestion, hormonal health, energy levels, immune function, and overall wellbeing.

An Integrative, Whole-Body Approach

“Naturopathy supports the body’s natural ability to heal, creating sustainable change through nutrition, lifestyle, and personalised care.”

Our Naturopaths work with the whole person, considering lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and underlying patterns that may be contributing to imbalance.

We offer:

  • Naturopathy
  • Clinical nutrition
  • Herbal medicine
  • Nutritional supplementation
  • Functional and diagnostic testing
  • Dietary and lifestyle support

Your care may also be supported by treatments such as Osteopathy, Acupuncture, and Massage, as well as movement practices including Yoga and Pilates at our North Fitzroy clinic and studio.

How can Naturopathy help?

Naturopathy North Fitzroy

Naturopathy and Clinical Nutrition can support a wide range of health concerns by addressing underlying imbalances and supporting the body’s natural processes.

At our North Fitzroy clinic, naturopathy may help with:

  • Digestive concerns (bloating, IBS, gut health)
  • Hormonal imbalance and menstrual health
  • Fatigue and low energy
  • Stress and nervous system dysregulation
  • Immune support
  • Skin conditions
  • Metabolic health and blood sugar balance
  • General wellbeing and prevention

This approach supports both symptom relief and long-term health outcomes.

What can I expect from a Naturopathy consultation?

Naturopathy North Fitzroy

Your session begins with a comprehensive case history, including a review of your current and past health concerns, as well as your lifestyle, diet, stress levels, and environmental influences.

Where appropriate, functional testing may be recommended, such as blood, stool, urine, or hair analysis through accredited laboratories. This can help identify underlying imbalances and guide a more targeted and effective treatment approach.

Your practitioner will then develop a tailored treatment plan, which may include herbal and nutritional medicine, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations. The focus is on practical, sustainable changes that support your health over time.

To support your consultation, please bring any recent medical test results and a list of current medications, as this helps ensure your care is accurate, safe, and well-informed.

Your practitioner will develop a personalised treatment plan, which may include herbal and nutritional medicine, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations. Where appropriate, elements of clinical nutrition may also be incorporated, including targeted dietary strategies and functional testing.
