Hatha for an Expansive Heart – 5 Day Hatha Yoga Intensive
Teacher: Rhonda Weatherby
Dates: Mon, January 5th – Fri, January 9, 2026
Time: 7:00am – 8:15am
Location: Kundalini House Studio + Online
Event Description
Step into a luscious five-day Hatha yoga intensive designed to open the heart—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This week offers a gentle yet powerful journey into Anahata, the heart chakra, guiding you toward deeper compassion, connection, and inner softness.
Across the week, you’ll explore a curated sequence of heart-opening asanas that expand the chest, shoulders, and upper back, releasing built-up tension and creating more space for breath and ease. Paired with mindful pranayama practices, you’ll learn to cultivate feelings of gratitude, empathy, and emotional balance, allowing your breath to become a bridge back to yourself.
Each session is crafted to support both physical wellbeing and emotional nourishment. As your body unwinds and your breath deepens, you’ll reconnect with the subtle qualities of the heart—openness, courage, tenderness, and presence.
This is a week to soften, to listen, and to rediscover the energy of Anahata within you. All are welcome to join this beautiful journey of renewal and heartfelt connection.
