The 8 day program is designed to help participants cultivate a more restful and restorative sleep experience. It’s about understanding your unique sleep patterns, learning gentle yet powerful tools like breathwork, meditation, and body-based relaxation.

Course Cancellation Policy – Kundalini House
Please take a moment to read through our course cancellation policy, designed to support fairness for our facilitators and the viability of running small group, trauma-informed programs.
Deposits
• Course deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course start date.
• If you cancel earlier than 7 days before the course begins, your deposit may be transferred to other Kundalini House services or products.
Cancellations (where no deposit was taken):
• If you cancel more than 72 hours before the first session, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Refunds & Credits
• Where applicable, course credit can be used toward Kundalini House classes, treatments, or workshops.
• If you would prefer a refund to your bank account, a 5% administration fee applies.
• Kundalini House does not offer cash refunds.
