Living the 8 Limbs of Yoga is a 10-week immersive exploration of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga—the Eightfold Path—as outlined in the Yoga Sutras. This course is designed to help you not only study these ancient teachings but to embody them through reflection, practice, and mindful integration into your daily life.

Duration – 10 Weeks (Commencing 25 May and concluding 27 July 2025)
Format – Weekly, in person sessions, 90 -mins in durations and will include theory, practice and reflection

Weekly Themes: Each week focuses on one of the 8 limbs of yoga, with the first and last weeks dedicated to introduction and integration.
Guided Reflections & Practices: Each section includes selected readings from the Yoga Sutras, suggested practices, journaling prompts, and reflection opportunities.
Holistic Approach: Moving beyond physical postures, this course incorporates ethical living, breathwork, meditation, and inner inquiry.
This course offers a container for deep self-discovery.
