About the Teacher
At Kundalini House, Rachel offers a blend of practices to support deep rest, nervous system healing, and connection to inner wisdom, including restorative tantric hatha yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, sound healing, Qigong, Sacred Rest workshops, and shamanic healing sessions.
Her path into this work was shaped by her own experience of depression and PTSD, where these practices became a gentle return to balance, vitality, and a sense of belonging. With over two decades of study in yoga, meditation, sound healing, and body-based therapies—alongside teachings from respected mentors and ongoing Qigong training—Rachel creates spaces that are warm, grounded, and deeply supportive, inviting real, embodied transformation.
