This winter, we invite you to journey inward through the sacred sound currents of Kundalini Yoga. The Power of Sound is a 6-week mantra series designed to elevate your frequency, nourish your heart, and support you in processing the intensity of the world — both within and around us.
Each week, our Kundalini Yoga teachers will focus on one powerful mantra, woven into our regular classes through movement, meditation, breath, rhythm, and deep listening. You can join us in whatever way feels right:
️ Come to class – Join any Kundalini Yoga class in-person or online and experience the mantra in community.
️ Chant at home – Can’t make it to class? No problem. Sign up and receive weekly emails with mantra teachings, translations, reflections, and track suggestions for your own home practice.
There’s no one way to practice. You might sing your heart out, whisper gently, or simply listen in stillness. The invitation is to attune to your own inner sound and find healing in the vibration.
Weekly Mantra Schedule
- Week 1: Wahe Guru – Email us if you would like the free email
- Week 2 ~ From Monday 7th: Chattr Chakkr Vatee – The mantra of protection and courage. It cuts through fear, strengthens the auric field, and invokes the fearless warrior within.
- Week 3 ~ From Monday 14th: Sa Ta Na Ma – The cycle of life: Birth, Existence, Death, Rebirth. A deeply transformative sound current that rewires the brain, supports emotional balance, and awakens intuitive awareness.
- Week 4 ~ From Monday 21st: Gobinday Mukanday – The liberator and sustainer. This mantra works to clear deep-seated subconscious blocks, dissolve negativity, and elevate the spirit into lightness and freedom.
- Week 5 ~ From Monday 28th: Pavan Pavan – The breath of life. A sacred chant to merge with the infinite through the vehicle of breath. It uplifts, purifies, and aligns us with the vital life force of the cosmos.
- Week 6 ~ From Monday 4th August: Long Ek Ong Kar – This sound current unites finite and infinite, opening the higher chakras and carrying us into deep stillness and expansive awareness.
Final Event (Sat 9 Aug, 4–7pm): A 2.5-hour meditative immersion in the primal sound of Oneness. MORE INFO
