Join physiotherapist and Pilates teacher Rose Rainbow for a 5-week journey into core strength, alignment, and body awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or ready to deepen your practice, this progressive challenge is free, accessible, and designed to leave you feeling stronger and more connected to your body.
Challenge Schedule:
Wednesdays 6:30–7:15am
Thursdays 12:30–1:15pm
Saturdays 8:15–9:00am

- Week 1: Mon 30/6 – Foundations & Core Engagement
- Week 2: Mon 7/7 – Spinal Stability, Strength & Flexibility (incl. Rotation & Lateral Stability)
- Week 3: Mon 14/7 – Shoulder Girdle Mobility & Strength
- Week 4: Mon 21/7 – Integration, Balance & Grounding (Planks & Modifications)
- Week 5: Mon 28/7 – Whole Body Flow: Building to Plank with Confidence
Special Workshop: Understanding Your Body in Movement
Saturday 19 July | 2:00–4:00pm
In this practical and insightful session, Rose will guide you to explore your body’s unique patterns—shaped by your lifestyle, posture, and history—and how they influence movement. Focusing on the core and its relationship to spinal health, this workshop offers a deeper understanding of how to exercise in a way that suits your individual body.
