Event Description

Join Lee and Allison for a deeply immersive transformational breathwork and sound healing workshop at Kundalini House in North Fitzroy.

Using conscious connected breathwork, live sound healing and trauma-informed facilitation, this workshop is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and deep inner healing.

Throughout this guided journey, you will be supported to connect more deeply with your body, breath and emotional landscape in a safe and grounded environment.

As participants move through the breathwork process, Lee will create live instrumental soundscapes using crystal bowls, drums and chimes, while Allison gently guides the experience through reframing techniques, vulnerability work and nervous system-aware facilitation.

This powerful combination of breath, sound and somatic awareness can help release stored tension, limiting beliefs and emotional patterns that may keep us feeling stuck, frozen or disconnected from ourselves.

Together, we breathe to soften fear, reconnect to the body and create space for greater clarity, freedom and emotional wellbeing
