Each session begins with a private, in-depth assessment of your energy field. We identify any imbalances in your chakras and aura, as well as any negative cords, subconscious patterning, or emotional imprints that may be influencing your current state.
This diagnosis takes place remotely and lays the foundation for your session. A personalised synopsis is shared with you to help bring insight, clarity, and meaning to your healing process.
Sound Therapy Session
You’ll be invited to lie fully clothed in a peaceful, nurturing space while healing sound frequencies from Tibetan bowls, pipes, and tuning forks are gently applied in your surrounding energy field. These vibrations support the release of emotional blockages, repair aura splits or holes, and clear energetic cords that may be draining or limiting you.
Unlike some sound healing methods, we do not place bowls or instruments directly on the body. Instead, we apply sound in the subtle field that surrounds your body called the aura—where lasting energetic change can occur gently and effectively.
Following the sounding, we will sit together to share and reflect. We discuss what came through your energy field, what was released, and I will offer simple ways to support ongoing integration in your daily life.

Sound therapy is suitable for anyone with an open mind and open heart, who wishes to work deeper on themselves to improve their well-being and lives.
Sound therapy is not suitable unfortunately for anyone who has a pacemaker, suffers with epilepsy or seizure disorders, sound therapy may not be the most suitable treatment for someone suffering with severe mental health issues, it cannot replace medications or psychiatry, if you are currently navigating severe mental health conditions, we recommend a collaborative approach with your healthcare provider.
Women in their early stages of pregnancy are also advised to wait until their second trimester before having treatments.
