Modern life places significant demands on our nervous system. Stress, constant stimulation, and the pace of everyday life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and our natural capacity for rest, clarity, and resilience.
Creating intentional time to pause, regulate, and reconnect can support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
This two-hour workshop combines Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation and a restorative Gong Sound Bath to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation and greater self-awareness. Drawing on evidence-informed principles alongside the traditions of Kundalini Yoga, the practices invite you to explore habitual emotional and mental patterns with curiosity while cultivating presence, vitality and inner calm.
Whether you are new to Kundalini Yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be guided through the experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.
